Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Procurement, T&D to lead a company-wide procurement function that supports all operating companies.

You will drive strategic sourcing, governance, risk management, and supplier strategy while aligning with project execution and field operations. The role requires executive leadership, extensive experience in construction or industrial settings, and a track record of delivering cost savings through MSAs and strategic supplier

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive procurement, supply-chain, or strategic sourcing leadership experience.
• Executive-level experience in construction, EPC, utility, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience with high-value and long-lead materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise procurement strategy across all operating companies.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major material and service categories and establish MSAs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and capacity commitments; build strategic supplier partnerships.
• Provide governance, risk management, and compliance oversight for procurement activities.
• Support operating companies with procurement planning and supplier escalation insights.
• Deliver reporting on cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
