Job summary

New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a Vice President, Procurement to build and lead a centralized procurement organization across all entities, regions, and lines. You will partner with Finance, IT, Operations and executives to deliver cost-effective, compliant purchasing that scales with growth.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement, experience with multi-entity centralization, and strong IT category expertise. The position is U.S.-based, with travel to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance or related field.
• MBA and/or CPSM/CIPS/CPM preferred.
• 15+ years procurement or supply chain experience with leadership at director level or above.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead centralized procurement across entities, regions and lines.
• Define procurement strategy, policy and governance.
• Lead strategic sourcing and category management; develop supplier partnerships.
• Oversee a hybrid team of internal and outsourced resources; manage SLAs.
• Implement enterprise source-to-pay processes and a unified spend model.
• Enforce delegation of authority and vendor-master governance.
• Shape ERP integration with Business Central and related systems.
• Report KPIs and benefits to CFO and executive team; ensure cost-effectiveness.
