Job summary

Great Southwestern Construction, a subsidiary of MYR Group, seeks a Vice President, Enterprise Procurement, to lead an enterprise-wide procurement function supporting all T&D projects nationwide. You will shape strategic sourcing, governance, and supplier partnerships aligned with margin improvement and field needs.

The role requires executive leadership across decentralized operating companies, risk management, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive procurement, supply-chain, or strategic sourcing leadership experience.
• Executive-level experience in construction, EPC, utility, or industrial environments.
• Experience with high-value and long-lead materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern MYR Group's enterprise procurement strategy across all operating companies.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major material and service categories and negotiate MSAs.
• Provide executive support for supplier escalation, risk management, and market intelligence.
