Job summary

New Era Technology seeks a VP, Procurement to build and lead a centralized procurement function across entities, regions and business lines. You will establish policy, strategy and governance, drive strategic sourcing and category management, and optimize supplier partnerships.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a hybrid team and ensure cost-effective purchasing, with strong governance and risk controls across IT hardware, software and services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement or supply chain with leadership roles
• Experience centralizing procurement across multi-entity organizations
• Experience with IT hardware, software, SaaS and distribution categories
• Experience with ERP systems, spend analytics and CLM tools

Responsibilities

• Build and lead centralized procurement across entities, regions and lines
• Define retention vs outsourcing scope and SLAs with partners
• Implement enterprise source-to-pay, policy and governance
• Own vendor-master, contract standards and renewal calendar
• Develop category strategies and consolidate enterprise agreements
• Shape procurement systems alignment with ERP consolidations
• Report KPIs to CFO and executive team
