Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
• Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs.
• Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies.

• Leading the development and delivery of differentiated procurement and supply chain solutions that generate tangible client benefits.
• Driving strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and positioning Turner & Townsend as a leader in digital procurement and supply chain advisory.
• Overseeing the delivery of complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
• Developing and owning market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors.
• Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships, identifying opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions aligned with client needs.
• Leading bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations to secure high-margin, impactful construction projects.
• Advancing digital capabilities and integrating technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain outcomes.
• Managing team performance, setting objectives, and ensuring the team possesses the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals.
• Establishing key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Supporting the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence.
• Leading and mentoring a team of specialist consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
