Job summary

Motive is seeking a Vice President, Procure-to-Pay to lead global procurement, strategic sourcing, and purchasing operations. Reporting to the executive team, you will define the P2P vision, governance, and cross-functional strategy to drive savings and scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive executive experience in high-growth tech or SaaS, with deep vendor negotiations, software and IT spend mastery, and ERP/controls leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive executive experience leading global procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P, and related operations.
• Proven track record architecting enterprise vendor negotiations and delivering substantial savings at scale.
• Experience modernizing enterprise procurement technology stacks and policies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute Motive’s global procure-to-pay strategy across sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, and process transformation.
• Direct negotiation strategy for high-value vendor contracts, including software, IT infrastructure, and services.
• Develop scalable P2P processes leveraging AI while maintaining compliance to public company standards.
