Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
• Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels.
• Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs.
• Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies.
• Experience across multiple sectors, with domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.

• Drive strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and positioning as a leader in digital procurement and supply chain advisory.

• Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions aligned with client needs.
• Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations to secure high-margin, impactful construction projects.
• Advance digital capabilities and integrate technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain outcomes.
• Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team has the insights, skills, and resources to meet goals.
