Job summary

JPMorganChase, based in Boston, seeks an Enterprise Platform Management Vice President on the 55ip Enterprise Platform Management team. You will ensure the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of the platform that supports client business, integration and support teams, collaborating with sales, client integration, product and technology to maintain operations and client onboarding.

You will act as a liaison across operations, service and advisory teams to drive growth and transparency,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on middle office operations experience in investment management or financial services.
• Ownership and accountability with a solutions-focused approach.
• Analytical and process-oriented with ability to map end-to-end workflows.
• Experience automating manual processes using scripts, Salesforce, BI, and AI tools.
• Ability to collaborate across client teams, business and technology.
• Adaptable to a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of sales platforms with other business systems to support seamless operations.
• Support platform adoption and client experience to drive growth and deliver high service standards.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of sales enablement platforms (CRM, analytics, tools).
• Manage user roles, access levels, and permissions for secure platform usage.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Operations and external vendors to deliver client outcomes.
• Maintain and update sales processes and procedures within the platform.
• Coordinate client trade error and accommodation processes per policy.
