• Ability to collaborate across client teams, business, technology; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of sales platforms with other business systems to support seamless operations.
• Support platform adoption and client experience to drive growth and service standards for new clients.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of sales enablement platforms (CRM, analytics, and communication tools).
• Manage user roles, access levels, and permissions to ensure secure platform usage.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Operations, and external vendors to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Maintain and update sales processes and procedures within the platform.
• Coordinate client trade error and accommodation processes to address needs compliantly.
