Job description

Vice President, Learning & Organizational Transformation (Enterprise Builder)

We are not looking for a caretaker or a maintainer. We are seeking a visionary, growth-minded Enterprise Builder to serve as our Vice President of Learning, Organizational Management, and Performance.

Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will have the mandate, resources, and executive backing to architect and execute a complete transformation. This is a unique opportunity to conduct a ground-up assessment, re-envision legacy silos, and design a modern, integrated ecosystem for learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. If you are an executive who thrives on turning ambiguity into a practical, scalable roadmap and leaving a lasting legacy, this is your next role!

What You Will Build
  • Architect the Enterprise Strategy & Operating Model
  • Re-Imagine & Rebuild: Conduct a comprehensive, ground-up assessment of our current programs, content, capabilities, technology, and vendors to map out a bold, multi-year maturity roadmap.
  • Design the Blueprint: Define and establish the function's modern operating model, decision rights, standards, and governance, positioning your team as a high-value strategic partner to HR and business leaders.
  • Lead the Portfolio: Own and actively optimize the function's budget, resources, and portfolio priorities, balancing aggressive transformational goals with sharp operational and fiscal discipline.
  • Revolutionize the Learning Architecture
  • Modernize the Lifecycle: Build a progressive enterprise learning architecture that defines core, functional, and role-based development priorities across the modern employee lifecycle.
  • Elevate Leadership Capability: Design and launch scalable, immersive development experiences for emerging, experienced, and executive leaders—with a relentless focus on practical application and measurable behavior change.
  • Set the Bar for Excellence: Standardize agile methodologies for instructional design, rapid needs analysis, interactive facilitation, and global content governance.
  • Disrupt Performance Practices & Drive Change Capability
  • Modernize Performance Management: Reimagine and own our entire performance-management philosophy, framework, and annual cycle. Shift the culture away from administrative checklists toward real-time coaching, meaningful feedback, differentiated performance, and strict accountability.
  • Architect Change Capability: Establish a gold-standard enterprise change-management framework that equips leaders and employees to navigate, adopt, and thrive during rapid, large-scale business evolution.
The Profile We Are Looking For
  • The Modern Practitioner: You possess deep, multi-disciplinary expertise across several critical pillars: leadership development, organizational design, change enablement, performance management, or workforce capability building. You know what "good" looks like, but you aren't afraid to break traditional HR rules to achieve it.
  • Strategic Influence: You have a proven ability to translate complex business strategies into an actionable, people-first agenda, backed by the executive presence to challenge, advise, and align senior stakeholders.
  • Proven Experience: You bring at least 5 years of executive-level leadership experience, highlighted by a track record of successfully building, rebuilding, or completely transforming an enterprise talent function from the ground up.
  • Analytical Thinking: Armed with a Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree or certifications preferred), you default to systems thinking, organizational diagnosis, and data-informed decision-making.
Signs You Are Succeeding
  • Year 1 Blueprint: A highly articulate, fully accepted operating model and multi-year transformation roadmap are actively being executed.
  • Measurable Lift: Leadership and manager capabilities show a distinct, data-backed upward trend in retention, behavior change, and engagement metrics.
  • Cultural Shift: Performance management transitions into a seamless, user-centric process that leaders champion and employees trust to drive true accountability.
