FleishmanHillard seeks a Vice President to lead its Talent + Transformation practice, delivering change communications for major transformations. The role blends strategic counseling with hands-on program execution, ensuring leaders guide organizations through people-centric change.

You will build narratives, coach leaders, and design multi-channel plans that move employees from awareness to action and measure outcomes against business goals.

Formación

• 8+ years of focused experience in change communications.
• Experience guiding complex transformations such as M&A, restructurings, cultural transformation.
• Deep understanding of how people process change and resist and commit to it.
• Expertise in change narrative development and key message frameworks.
• Experience equipping leaders/managers to lead through change with coaching materials.
• Strong skills in audience analysis, research and measurement.
• Exceptional writing/editing skills; AP style proficiency.
• Ability to provide strategic counsel at the C-suite level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change communications strategy for major transformations (M&A, integrations, IPOs, restructurings).
• Move employees from awareness to action with designed communications programs.
• Develop change narratives and message frameworks; equip leaders to communicate with confidence.
