Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Functions Finance team. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, partner with leaders across functions, and provide insightful financial analysis to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years FP&A experience, a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel and modeling skills. This is a hybrid role with office days Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of FP&A and budgeting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate functions budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Standardize dashboards, reports, and KPIs including ROI.
• Provide OpEx/CapEx commentary on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, incl. accruals and spend trends.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects to drive efficiency.
