Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance management and strategic decision-making. You will partner with leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting and accurate reporting in a regulated life sciences environment.

You will analyze performance, build financial models and present insights to senior leadership, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve processes. Hybrid work is available based in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting with strong knowledge of financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex models.
• Experience with Oracle/R12, Cognos, OneStream and Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze performance, variances vs. plan and forecasts; communicate drivers and risks.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive cost optimization.
• Develop financial models to support business cases and investments.
• Assist with closing activities, accruals, journal entries, and reporting deliverables.
• Support CapEx planning, tracking, and ROI analysis; ensure SOX compliance.
• Identify process improvements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in special projects, including M&A analyses as needed.
