Job summary

Avnet is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Finance to lead planning, performance management, and capital allocation across the enterprise. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and enhance shareholder value.

The role requires extensive experience in finance, strategic leadership, and global operations, with a focus on performance, transformation, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, strategy, procurement, or related disciplines within complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise strategy and deliver results through cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading planning, performance management, transformation, capital allocation, procurement, or working capital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis for exec and Board decisions.
• Advise on enterprise strategy, capital allocation, investment priorities, and long-term value creation.
• Oversee enterprise financial reporting, analysis, and executive communications for clarity and alignment.
• Serve as the finance partner for enterprise operations, supplier management, and supply chain services.
