Regeneron is seeking an Executive Director for Responsible AI & Enterprise Governance to build and run our enterprise AI governance framework. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and CISO to ensure AI is safe, compliant, and trusted across all model types and deployment contexts.

You will lead a team of specialists, establish risk and validation standards, and coordinate with executive leaders to advance governance while enabling rapid AI adoption across Regeneron.

Qualificações

• 17+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree for some scientific positions may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the enterprise AI governance program with senior stakeholders across Regeneron functions.
• Lead citizen development governance for safe, auditable, enterprise-approved boundaries.
• Define and own Regeneron's enterprise AI governance strategy across model types and deployment contexts.
• Build and lead a team of specialists across model validation, guardrails, regulatory compliance, and citizen development governance.
• Establish enterprise AI risk framework with taxonomy, classification standards, and control requirements.
