Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 15+ years in contract management or related roles.
- Experience with government contracting and real estate leases.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide contract programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance for enterprise contracting strategy and lifecycle management.
- Negotiate complex agreements across vendors, government, and real estate.
- Develop enterprise contracting standards, templates, and playbooks.
- Advise executives on contractual risks and business impact.
- Oversee contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and closeout.
- Drive CLM platform implementation and process improvements.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration related to contracts.
