BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Contracts to lead contracting strategy, governance, and lifecycle operations across multiple sites.

This senior role partners with Shared Services, Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Growth, HR, IT, and field leadership to ensure compliant, scalable contracting practices and strong risk management. You will influence enterprise-wide standards and support growth initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Enterprise contract governance, strategy, and lifecycle operations leadership.
• Advise executive leadership on contractual rights, obligations, business risks, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide contracting standards, policies, templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
• Perform complex contract analysis and provide practical, fact-based recommendations balancing legal, operational, financial, and business objectives.
• Analyze, interpret, and resolve complex contractual issues involving vendors, landlords, government entities, acquisition targets, and strategic partners.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to measure contracting effectiveness and support executive decision-making.
• Build a culture of accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across the contracting function.
