Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a VP of RBS for IPS to lead the enterprise-wide operating system and drive breakthrough results across the Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment. This role requires steering strategy deployment, building capability, and delivering sustained improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

The incumbent will partner with ELT, Presidents, and VPs to translate enterprise RBS strategy into segment plans, mature RBS as a common way of working, and coach teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MS or MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years in CI, ops, GM; 10+ years in senior roles.
• Proven use of CI tools: 80/20, VSM, 6S, standard work, visual daily management, Kanban.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen events delivering measurable improvements.
• Strategic planning and deployment at senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across IPS with focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth.
• Drive strategy deployment and standard work across the segment.
• Coach and develop cross-functional teams in RBS tools and methods.
• Partner with Segment/Division leadership to identify top improvement priorities.
• Deliver measurable performance improvements through structured problem-solving.
