Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director of Project Management – Transformation & Execution to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across the Automation & Motion Control segment. You will translate strategy into disciplined program management, driving growth, manufacturing optimization, and supply chain resiliency.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to align capacity planning, risk management, and capital investments with long-term objectives and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, strategy, project management, or business transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong project and program management expertise including governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing manufacturing footprint, capacity planning, network optimization, or operational strategy initiatives.
• Experience building capital investment plans and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic programs and initiatives driving growth, operational excellence, and transformation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, governance, timelines, and success metrics.
• Define and implement manufacturing footprint strategies and capacity planning across the network.
• Partner with executives to prioritize capital investments and optimize supply chain strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and executive communications to support decisions.
