Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Downers Grove, IL, seeks a Site RBS Manager to deploy the Regal Rexnord Business System and drive operational excellence. You will partner with site leadership to translate priorities into a CI roadmap, apply Lean and RBS methods, coach problem solving, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related technical field.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, Lean deployment, or business transformation.
Hands‑on experience applying Lean, continuous improvement, or business system methods in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of Daily Management, KPI leadership, Standard Work, Gemba walks, visual management, and PDCA execution.
Experience leading kaizen events, improvement workshops, cross‑functional projects, and action plans that yield measurable results.
Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and change leadership to influence across functions.
Ability to use data to define performance gaps, prioritize improvements, and sustain results.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of the Regal Rexnord Business System at the site with a common framework and daily management practices.
Develop, maintain, and execute the site CI Roadmap aligned to priorities and measurable SQDCG gaps.
Coaching leaders and teams in structured problem solving, PDCA, root cause analysis, and countermeasures.
Facilitate kaizen events, workshops, and cross‑functional initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
Deploy Lean and RBS practices across the site, including visual management, 5S, and KPI leadership.
Build site capability by developing Tool Champions and improving self-sufficiency in applying RBS methods.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.
Measure and report progress against the CI Roadmap, site KPIs, and sustainment metrics with data.
