Merrick Bank in South Jordan, UT, is seeking a Vice President, Compliance Support & Governance to lead enterprise-wide compliance governance, testing programs, and policy lifecycle management. The role drives consistency across product teams, partners with Risk, Legal and Internal Audit, mentors staff, and advances the bank's regulatory posture.

Hybrid/remote options and multiple U.S. locations are available.

Qualifications

9+ years of compliance and regulatory banking experience in consumer credit cards or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of direct employee management experience preferred.
Applicable certifications (CRCM, CAMS) strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead governance, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise compliance framework across lines of business.
Oversee privacy framework development for second-line oversight and governance.
Manage policy lifecycle: creation, maintenance, and approvals.
Oversee compliance risk assessments, testing programs, issue management, and remediation.
Prepare and deliver compliance materials for leadership, committees, and regulators.
