Responsabilités

• Lead governance, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise compliance framework across business lines.
• Oversee privacy oversight and second-line monitoring programs.
• Maintain policy lifecycle and coordination of reviews and approvals.
• Provide strategic risk assessments, testing, issue management, and remediation oversight.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reporting for senior leadership, committees, and regulators.
• Administer centralized compliance calendars and milestone tracking.
• Govern findings, escalation, data integrity, and Archer mapping.
• Oversee enterprise complaint management and regulatory liaison activities.
• Aggregate metrics and trends to inform leadership and risk posture.
• Design standardized templates and tools for assessments, testing, and governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in processes and training.
• Mentor and develop compliance staff; foster accountability and critical thinking.
• Manage knowledge platforms (SharePoint, MyNet) and related systems.
