Job summary

Servbank is seeking a Vice President of Banking Compliance to lead the Bank's Compliance Management System across deposits, lending, and consumer banking. You will serve as a subject matter expert on HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending, guiding policy development and regulatory interpretation for executive leadership.

You will partner with risk management, audit, and business lines to ensure strong compliance oversight, regulatory readiness, and a proactive culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending with program management experience.
• Experience ensuring compliance across deposit operations, consumer and commercial banking, and lending.
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into policies and controls.
• Demonstrated track record partnering with risk management, audit, and executives.
• Strong experience supporting deposit operations, disclosures, and lending compliance.
• Experience interacting with regulators (OCC, FDIC, CFPB or Federal Reserve).
• Professional certification such as CRCM preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead second‑line oversight across deposit operations, consumer and commercial banking, and lending activities.
• Ensure adherence to HMDA, CRA, ECOA/Reg B, TILA, RESPA, UDAAP, TISA, EFTA and OCC guidance.
• Review and approve customer disclosures and notices for new and existing products.
• Oversee development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide expert regulatory interpretation and guidance to senior leadership.
• Prepare executive reporting on compliance trends and risks for Risk Committee and Board.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal audit, legal, and business partners.
