Job summary

Servbank seeks a VP of Banking Compliance to oversee the Compliance Management System across deposit operations, lending, and consumer banking, with a focus on HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending. You will partner with risk, audit, and business lines to ensure regulatory adherence and strong oversight.

The role requires leading HMDA/CRA initiatives, data integrity, and program governance, while ensuring timely reporting and regulatory exam readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive banking compliance, risk management, or audit experience.
• Demonstrated HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending expertise with program management and reporting.
• Experience supporting deposit operations, disclosures, commercial and consumer lending compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-line oversight of compliance across deposit ops, banking, and lending.
• Ensure adherence to HMDA, CRA, ECOA/Reg B, TILA, RESPA, UDAAP, Reg DD/Reg E.
• Review and approve disclosures and notices for accounts, products, and fees.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
