Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture or enterprise IT architecture.
• Experience architecting end-to-end distributed systems and integration design.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman and governance models.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs and RAG in solutions.
• Cloud-native design on AWS or Azure, with security and reliability focus.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, TS, Go, or C++ for enterprise systems.
• Experience with Kafka, TIBCO, or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift; strong CI/CD discipline.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL data stores and data modeling.
• Observability tooling: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• Analytical skills to diagnose multi-variable bottlenecks and latency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise architecture solutions across major IT programs.
• Build roadmaps reflecting trends and guide investments with evidence-based recommendations.
• Translate complex problems into scalable hardware/software system designs.
• Architect and integrate AI/ML/Generative AI into enterprise workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Assess risk, governance, and regulatory compliance in architectural decisions.
