You will drive technical strategy, engineering excellence, and delivery across initiatives using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB.

You will mentor teams, shape architecture decisions, and apply AI-first engineering practices to accelerate delivery while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and transaction management.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL/RDBMS, cloud platforms, Kafka, and MongoDB.
