Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required.
• Experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance.
• Extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enrollment and billing operations across regions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare laws.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment and billing operations.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and collaboration with finance for accurate billing.
• Mentor a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of enrollment and billing operations including claims processing and revenue cycle management.
