The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in healthcare/insurance operations, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of operations, management, or administration experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations, procurement opportunities, new product implementations and complex initiatives.
• Lead procurement activities for products and complex projects, including RFP responses.
• Accountable for budget, revenue targets, and Profit & Loss.
