The role requires 10+ years in the field, with strong management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration; MBA/MHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA preferred.
• 10+ years in network development, provider relations or contracting management in health care.
• Previous management experience including hiring, training and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee provider network development and contracting activities and strategy.
• Coordinate and negotiate contracting; support contract negotiations with analysis.
• Develop provider networks across expansion markets; evaluate cost, coverage, growth.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for network costs and provider contracts.
• Review contracting rates to align with company strategy.
• Lead unit cost and selective contracting initiatives.
• Establish department vision, objectives, policies, and procedures; maintain standards.
• Support market expansion and M&A through provider contract analysis.
• Assist CEO/COO vendors with provider relations and strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
