Centene Corporation is seeking a senior leader to oversee all clinical operations, care management and utilization management across markets. The role requires directing strategic vision, performance monitoring and cross‑functional collaboration with teams and health plans to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care.

The position demands a Master’s or RN license, 8+ years in behavioral health operations, and an unrestricted license in related fields.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Public Health/Administration, related field or RN license required.
• 8+ years of clinical and operations experience in the behavioral health industry required.
• Unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD or RN required.

Mansioni

• Oversee and direct clinical operations, including care management, coordination and utilization management.
• Establish the clinical strategic vision, objectives, policies and procedures for cost-effective, clinically appropriate services across markets.
• Monitor performance results against metrics and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Serve as subject matter expert and participate in new implementations.
• Oversee utilization and care management across all markets.
• Participate in customer, health plan, and QI meetings.
• Oversee production of reports required by contracts and management.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve provider claims issues.
• Ensure effective care is delivered to members while achieving utilization management goals.
• Oversee annual budget for clinical operations.
• Develop training programs to increase staff expertise in shaping provider performance.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies and standards.

Formazione

Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Public Health/Administration, related field or RN license

Unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD or RN

Equivalent experience in behavioral health leadership
