Job summary

Addison HVAC seeks a VP of Engineering to provide strategic and technical leadership for DOAS products, bridging bold growth plans with flawless daily execution. You will guide a 20+ person engineering team across electrical, mechanical and software domains, shaping technology roadmaps and advancing product quality.

You will partner with Sales, Manufacturing and Leadership to deliver innovative, high-performance indoor air quality solutions while driving profitability and market leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading Engineering for world-class product development.
Roll up your sleeves, can-do attitude, unafraid to contribute hands-on as a player-coach.
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, indoor air environments, building practices, and building envelope.
Demonstrated engineering competencies in Mechanical, Electronics & Controls and/or Software/Apps.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performance, multi-disciplined engineering team to support double-digit revenue growth.
Develop strategic product roadmaps driven by VOC feedback and collaborate with Sales to expand product portfolio.
Ensure post-order production support and pre-shipment readiness.
Establish performance metrics and drive improvements in speed, quality, and cost.
