Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Master’s degree or PE licensure strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with goals and roadmaps.
• Lead multiple engineering teams across complex programs and projects.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Oversee budgeting, capacity planning, and long-term workforce needs.
• Partner with executives to align technical initiatives with business outcomes.
• Review major technical decisions and system architectures for risk and impact.
