Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Proven background delivering software using an iterative Agile approach.
• Track record of quality-led engineering, including developer-led automated testing, CI/CD, microservices, containerized deployment, and cloud engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive successful delivery to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and own cash and fixed-income data processing components (Java/Kotlin) within the Prime Brokerage Technology platform.
• Champion developer-led automated testing as a core engineering practice.
• Work within an Agile team with a strong focus on CI/CD.
• Actively participate in design, planning, and estimation discussions.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure functions are well integrated to meet shared goals.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business processes and system architecture.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and advanced applications programming knowledge.
• Apply advanced knowledge of system flow to define standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of how architecture, infrastructure, and other business functions integrate to achieve broader business goals.
• Deliver in-depth analysis to define issues clearly and develop innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, acting as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts.
