Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida seeks a senior engineer to drive Prime Brokerage Technology. You will own cash and fixed-income data processing components using Java/Kotlin and champion automated testing within an Agile, CI/CD-enabled team.

Lead design discussions, partner with stakeholders, and mentor mid-level developers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Proven track record with iterative Agile delivery and CI/CD.
• Experience with microservices, containerized deployment, and cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and own cash and fixed-income data processing components (Java/Kotlin) within the Prime Brokerage Technology platform.
• Champion developer-led automated testing and CI/CD as core practices.
• Participate in design, planning, and estimation discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and drive delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to mid-level developers and analysts.
