Job summary

Executive Integrity Ltd. seeks a Vice President of Engineering for a hybrid role in Houston, with regular travel to project sites across the United States.

You will own front-end design through delivery, including procurement, construction and commissioning, and you will build in-house capabilities to improve project economics from day one. The position requires 15+ years of engineering experience with a chemical or mechanical background and hands-on heat integration or heat recovery expertise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience; 20+ preferred.
• Direct, hands-on experience with heat integration or heat recovery.
• Proven track record taking designs through procurement and commissioning.
• Experience negotiating with manufacturers across major equipment.
• Exposure to modular off-site fabrication and on-site delivery.
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable with limited structure.
• Pragmatic, focused on commercial outcomes.
• Able to communicate risk to investors and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from FEED to handover.
• Drive procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Build in-house capability to reduce EPC reliance.
• Negotiate with equipment vendors across categories.
• Oversee modular fabrication and on-site integration.
• Develop cost estimation methods to cut project costs.
• Create scalable delivery playbooks for future projects.
• Advise leadership on delivery risks to investors.
