Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC project leadership experience, ideally with both field and corporate exposure.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-discipline construction projects or portfolios exceeding $100M.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L for a large operational division.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerFLX operations to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Oversee day-to-day functions and long-term strategy for the line of business.
• Establish, manage, and regularly update operational budgets and financial metrics.
• Drive process improvement and standardization in project controls.
