As the company continues to scale, they are looking to appoint a Director of Engineering to lead technical project execution, engineering operations, and team development across a growing portfolio of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across large‑scale commercial and industrial infrastructure projects
• Oversee technical delivery from assessment and design through implementation and optimization
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Serve as a senior technical resource for both customers and internal stakeholders
• Improve engineering workflows, scalability, and project execution standards
• Partner cross‑functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teams on growth initiatives and project delivery

Candidate Profile
