This role will report to the Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer and will work closely with Strategic Business Unit engineering leaders.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale engineering organizations, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting-edge HVAC solutions. This role will oversee the full spectrum of the technology and engineering continuum within Trane Technologies, from advanced technology development to product, system and solution design and development, innovation, electrification, value engineering and product/service commercialization.
