Job summary

Bombora, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Engineering to drive the implementation and operation of our product vision, leading Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Analytics.

You will report to the CTO and work with Architecture, Data Science, and Product Management to shape the technical strategy and scale our platforms. You will mentor directors and managers, set engineering practices and security measures, and partner with executives to align staffing, priorities, and risk with Bombora’s

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ad-tech or highly scaled data systems experience preferred.
• Collaborates with Product Management, GTM, and Success teams.
• Proficient with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Evolves development methodologies to boost velocity and quality.
• Excellent communication in a distributed workforce.
• Experience with budgeting and organizational development.
• M&A due diligence is a plus.
• Curiosity, humility, and a sense of humor.
• Loves a challenge!
