Arbo seeks a Vice President of Analytical Services to own ArboIQ, drive revenue and growth, and lead the analytics team. You will set strategy, sell and deliver engagements, and transform learnings into new products. The role reports to the CEO and offers potential leadership track.

The position combines business development, delivery leadership, and product thought leadership in a hybrid work setting based in Washington, DC or Houston, TX with significant travel.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of experience in consulting or analytical services with energy focus.
• Track record of growing a practice or business line; P&L ownership preferred.
• Experience originating and closing consulting work with senior buyers.
• Experience leading teams of analysts or consultants; developing managers.
• Deep knowledge of energy markets, regulatory, legal, and policy processes.
• Fluency in applying data, analytics, and BI tools to business decisions.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to boost productivity and knowledge acquisition; leading AI adoption.

Mansioni

• Own ArboIQ revenue, margin, pricing, and growth targets; report performance to leadership.
• Develop the annual plan and budget for Analytical Services.
• Package repeatable offerings from recurring customer needs.
• Originate, scope, and close engagements with strategic accounts.
• Lead engagements from ideation through delivery and feedback.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop analysts and managers on the ArboIQ team.
• Apply data science and emerging AI techniques to regulatory and market data.
• Capture voice-of-customer to inform the product roadmap and publish insights.
