• Five plus years lending or credit support related experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.

• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; credibility with senior partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
