Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, focusing on Engineering Management, Business Development, and Operations Management
• Professional Engineering license required
• Previous Healthcare consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design, particularly in Healthcare
• Known in the local community with an extensive network
• Proficient with electrical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and permitting
• Experience with electrical planning, design, and construction management; involvement in renovation/new design/construction
• Knowledge of electrical construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance, and record-keeping
• Ability to perform technical computations and interpret plans in relation to regulations
• Experience coordinating and directing teams to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Upholding workplace safety policies
• Experience mentoring less experienced staff

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and projects in Healthcare and lead project teams to deliver and grow client relationships.
• Balance business development with project workload, starting at 25% BD and 75% project work.
• Lead healthcare electrical design and project execution with multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent the firm in healthcare markets, engaging with clients and industry events to promote opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and district leaders to drive growth and monitor KPIs.
