WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Electrical Engineer for our South Jordan, UT office. The role focuses on developing new healthcare clients and leading project teams to deliver projects and expand client relationships.

In this senior position, you will manage design, construction, and regulatory aspects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership across lifecycle stages from concept to operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ years of post-education experience as an electrical engineer.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design, particularly in healthcare.
• Known in the local community with an extensive network.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and provide key technical input on pursuits.
• Coordinate, review and approve electrical design plans for compliance and data integrity.
• Apply electrical engineering techniques across all project phases from concept to operation.
• Oversee cross-functional teams on mid-size and multiple concurrent projects including budgets and schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations explaining findings and recommendations.
