Job summary

The American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) seeks a Vice President of Education and CRCE Accreditation in the Dallas area to lead the Education & CRCE Accreditation department. The executive will shape AARC's education portfolio, strengthen accreditation operations, and advance professional development for respiratory therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in education program management or accreditation.
• At least 5 years in a senior-level management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for Education & CRCE Accreditation.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, performance metrics, and team operations.
• Oversee CRCE accreditation system administration and policy changes.
• Review and approve accredited programs and institutions.
• Represent AARC with state affiliates, members, and external partners.
• Lead education portfolio including on-demand and web-based offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align education with standards and trends.
• Mentor the Education and CRCE Accreditation team and manage vendors.
