Prosum in Scottsdale seeks a Vice President of eCommerce to lead and scale its direct-to-consumer digital business. You will own the Shopify Plus storefront, marketplace channels, and overall eCommerce strategy while driving revenue and improving the customer journey.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in eCommerce leadership, deep Shopify Plus experience, and a strong technical-business blend to partner with engineering and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading direct-to-consumer eCommerce experiences.
• Deep Shopify/Shopify Plus platform expertise and optimization.
• Experience owning eCommerce P&L and scaling revenue.
• Strong data-driven approach to conversion and retention.
• Proven ability to partner with marketing, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own overall eCommerce strategy and digital revenue performance.
• Lead strategy and optimization of a Shopify Plus storefront.
• Manage metrics: CVR, revenue per visitor, AOV, retention.
• Oversee end-to-end customer journey and site merchandising.
• Develop experimentation and A/B testing across funnels.
