Job summary

TripleLift, the advertising platform, seeks a VP of DSP Partnerships to lead global DSP and marketplace partnerships. Reporting to the COO, you will manage a high-performing team bridging revenue and R&D to drive liquidity and publisher revenue.

You will own key DSP relationships, sign and grow integrations, and develop Partner Business Plans with regular business reviews to hit objectives. Strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in partnership management within ad tech/advertising.
• 7+ years in programmatic environments with DSPs/SSPs/exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage DSP partnerships to drive liquidity and revenue.
• Sign new integrations and grow existing relationships.
• Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives with product, marketing and sales.
• Mentor a high-performing team and set clear objectives.
