You will drive the product roadmap, translate complex investment workflows into actionable requirements, and partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable capabilities. Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, digital product, platform product, or strategy/consulting with demonstrated product delivery ownership in financial services.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into product requirements and deliver iteratively with technology teams.
Responsabilidades
- Own the DAF investment product roadmap: define vision, goals, success metrics, and backlog for investment-related capabilities across wealth continuum.
- Discover and define customer problems by synthesizing donor/advisor insights, pain points, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Lead execution from concept to launch using agile practices—PRDs, epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations.
