Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a senior product leader to evolve the Donor Advised Fund investing experience within Wealth Management Solutions.

You will own the DAF product roadmap, translate donor insights into capabilities, and drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment. This role partners with legal, compliance, and UX teams to balance risk and usability, leads cross-functional squads, and communicates progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Finance, Economics, or related preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital product, platform product, or strategy/consulting with demonstrated product delivery ownership in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into product requirements and deliver iteratively with technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal); ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Experience in large-scale project planning, dependency management, and operating model/process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Own the DAF investment product roadmap: define vision, goals, success metrics, and backlog.
• Discover and define customer problems: synthesize donor/advisor insights and market trends.
• Deliver product outcomes through execution: lead initiatives from concept to launch using agile practices.
• Partner on digital experience: work with UX to improve investment workflows and disclosures.
• Design scalable operating models to reduce friction and increase throughput.
• Manage risk thoughtfully with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls.
• Launch and iterate: support GTM planning and drive adoption across PB/JPMA/CWM.
• Executive communication: provide data-driven updates on roadmap progress and KPI performance.
