JPMorganChase is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the Donor Advised Fund (DAF) investment experience within Wealth Management Solutions. You will shape the product roadmap, translate donor/advisor insights into actionable requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery across investment options, onboarding, and servicing.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex investing workflows into clear product requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital product, platform product, or strategy/consulting with delivery ownership in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Own the DAF investment product roadmap: define vision, goals, success metrics, and backlog for investment-related capabilities across wealth.
• Discovery: synthesize donor/advisor insights and market trends to size opportunities in investing options and servicing.
• Lead initiatives from concept to launch using agile practices with PRDs, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with digital product and UX teams to improve investment workflows, disclosures, and user journeys.
• Design scalable operating models and define future-state processes to reduce friction and increase throughput.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk to embed controls into product design and delivery.
• Support go-to-market planning for new investment options/features and drive stakeholder adoption across PB/JPMA/CWM.
• Provide clear, data-driven roadmap updates to stakeholders.
