You will lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic changes to streamline offerings. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in financial services with expertise in multi-asset classes, derivatives, and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with product experience in wealth management, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience with investment products and asset classes, with a preference for multi-asset class solutions and derivatives.
• Proven track record in designing investment products and launching new channels, programs, or products to the market.
• Ability to communicate clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders across functions.
• Team-oriented with ability to influence across levels and regions.
• Analytical, data-driven, and proactive in solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and structure new offerings or enhance existing capabilities.
• Lead product launches or changes across investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations and technology teams.
• Provide SME on offerings and represent them in committees and forums.
• Lead efforts to consolidate products and streamline offerings for client focus and revenue growth.
• Coordinate across business lines to ensure a unified client experience for launches and changes.
